How do I list my gym, academy, or coaching centre on TIQFiT?
Sign up on TIQFiT, go to your dashboard, and click "List Your Business". Walk through the step-by-step form — add your category, location, timings, programs, facilities, photos, and FAQs. You can also use our AI assistant to autofill details by simply pasting any raw information about your business. Our team reviews every listing before it goes live.
Is it free to list a business on TIQFiT?
Yes, creating a business listing on TIQFiT is completely free. Core listing functionality — including your profile page, programs, facilities, photos, and contact details — will always remain free.
What information can I add to my business listing?
You can add a full business profile including: name, description, category, address with GPS pin, contact details, social links, working days and shift timings, batch info (morning/afternoon/evening), training programs with fees and duration, sport-specific facility details, amenities, a photo gallery, FAQs, and more. The more complete your listing, the more trust it builds with potential customers.
How does the AI listing assistant work?
On the listing form, you can paste any raw information about your business — a WhatsApp message, brochure text, website content, or just a few lines — and our AI will automatically extract and fill in the relevant fields like name, address, phone, programs, timings, and FAQs. You can then review and edit anything before submitting.
Can I list multiple businesses under one account?
Yes. A single TIQFiT account can manage multiple business listings. Go to your dashboard and click "List Your Business" again to add a new listing. Each listing is reviewed and published independently.
How long does it take for my listing to go live?
Our team reviews new listings within 24–48 hours. You will receive a notification once your listing is approved and published. If we need additional information, we will reach out to you directly.
How do I update or edit my business listing?
Log in to your TIQFiT account, go to your dashboard, and open your listing. You can update business info, photos, programs, timings, facilities, and contact details at any time from the Edit section. Most updates go live immediately; significant changes may be briefly reviewed.
My business is already on TIQFiT but I did not list it. How do I claim it?
If your business was added by our team or another source, you can claim ownership by clicking the "Claim This Business" button on the listing page. Submit your claim with basic verification details. Our team will review and approve it — usually within 24–48 hours — after which you will have full control to edit and manage the listing.
How long does the claim process take?
Claim requests are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours. You will be notified via email or in-app notification once your claim is approved or if we need more information from you.
What happens after my claim is approved?
Once approved, the listing is linked to your account and you can fully edit and manage it from your dashboard — update details, add photos, manage programs, and respond to leads — just like any listing you created yourself.
How do I update the phone number on my business listing?
From your dashboard, open the listing and go to Edit. You can update the phone number there. If the listing was originally team-listed, a phone update request is submitted for review to ensure the number belongs to the rightful owner. Most requests are processed within 24 hours.
Why does my phone update request need approval?
Phone numbers on business listings are sensitive — they are the primary way customers reach businesses. To prevent unauthorised changes, phone updates on claimed or team-listed businesses go through a quick verification step before going live.
What are Leads and how do they work on TIQFiT?
When a user completes their profile and clicks to reveal a business's phone number, a Lead is generated for that business. Leads include the user's name and contact details, giving your business a direct potential customer to follow up with. You can view your leads from your dashboard.
Why do users need to complete their profile to see my phone number?
This is by design — it ensures the people viewing your contact details are genuinely interested and have provided their own information. It filters out random clicks and gives you real, qualified leads instead of anonymous traffic.
How can I get more leads for my business?
A complete and detailed listing consistently generates more leads. Add high-quality photos, fill in your programs and fees, list your timings and amenities, and collect genuine reviews. Businesses with complete profiles appear higher in search results and build more trust with potential customers.
Can I leave a review for a business on TIQFiT?
Yes. Once you visit or interact with a listed business, you can leave a star rating and written review on their TIQFiT profile. Reviews help the community make better decisions and help quality businesses earn more visibility.
Can a business respond to reviews on TIQFiT?
Review response functionality is on our roadmap. In the meantime, if you feel a review is inaccurate or violates our guidelines, you can report it using the flag option on the review or email us at help@tiqfit.com.
How do I report an incorrect or fake listing?
Use the "Report" option on any business listing page, or email us at help@tiqfit.com with the business name and details of the issue. We investigate all reports and take action promptly.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email or mobile number. You will receive an OTP or reset link. Follow the steps to set a new password. If you face any issues, contact us at help@tiqfit.com.
How do I delete my TIQFiT account?
You can request account deletion from the Settings section of your dashboard. Once confirmed, your account, profile, and associated data are permanently removed. Please note this action is irreversible. If you manage business listings, make sure to transfer or archive them before deleting your account.
